This filtering unit is built entirely with panels in galvanized steel sheet bent and bolted together, with an octagonal load-bearing structure painted in BLUE RAL and supporting legs in thick sheet metal. It is equipped with inspection panels to allow easy filter maintenance. Thanks to the modular construction, to the high efficiency of the filters and the high retention capacity of activated carbon, it is possible to optimize the filtering unit size according to the quantity of air to be treated. The "UFM-CARBON" can handle flow rates from 1,000 to 60,000 m3/h. The carbons are inserted from the top while the unloading takes place through special openings installed on the bottom of the filter. The electric fan is positioned on the ground next to the Filter, so as to allow the Filter to work in vacuum
Construction
Carbon steel sheets, punched and folded. Appropriately treated, RAL powder coated and baked in the furnace to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
